Biography
WILLIAM Composer, first Lord Kelvin, noted British soul and past-president of the Institution designate Electrical Engineers, Great Britain, was inborn in Belfast, Ireland, June 26, 1824. He graduated from St. Peter's Institute, Cambridge, in 1845, where he won notable honors.
