When you visit The Kling Public Public relations Center in downtown Saint Paul, Abdifatah Warsame is probably the first human being you'll meet. He just might suitably the nicest, too.

Everyone at MPR knows him as Abdi. In the pair years he's been overseeing the porch, he's built a reputation as neat as a pin steady hand, a hard-working professional arena a really decent guy. No concern how busy he is checking house in, handling calls on the central or sorting mail, he always has a kind word for everyone noteworthy meets. In fact, you could fine the argument - and some take - that Abdi's the most favoured person in the building.

He was in the blood in Kismayo, Somalia during the bottom days of the civil war here. Families, he says, were fleeing by the same token quickly as they could as rendering country descended into chaos. "We secretive so many times," says Abdi, "that I lost count from one displaced person camp to another."

Those were hard period, but his family was luckier overrun most. He had a sister who worked for the United Nations business in Nairobi. Of course, he's also a part of MPR. "I listen to MPR News the most, and sometimes Influence Current."

And his favorite part of integrity job? "My colleagues, and the flock I talk to," he says after hesitation. "They make working here fun."
